While nearly everyone is familiar with our Cookie Sales in the winter, Fall Product sales of nuts, candies, magazines, and photo keepsakes provides much of the current year's operating budget for many troops.
Being involved in the Fall Product Program ensures girls are learning to become leaders. A girl becomes a leader by discovering, connecting and taking action to make the world a better place. For girls to become leaders, they need to:
--Understand their values and use their knowledge and skills to explore their world (Discover)
--Care about, inspire and team with others locally (Connect)
--Act to make the world a better place and to make a difference in their communities (Take Action)

9/1 325 GSHG: 2025 Fall Product Program Training goes live on gsLearn **Must be completed by 9/17** to guarantee on time access to M2
9/20 Fall Product Program officially begins
10/24 Troops begin paper order card entries
10/27 Send reminders to parents/caregivers to get paper order card entries in online
10/28 Reward opt out deadline
10/29 Parent paper order card entries due
10/30 All deposits are due in troop bank account (if you have any cash orders)
All deposits are due to Council office (IF you did NOT fill out the ACH form and have cash orders)
11/1 Troop Product Program Managers email Service Unit Product Program Manager to confirm all paper order card entries are correct
11/2 Fall Product Program officially ends at midnight
11/7 Troops begin to see credits/drafts to bank accounts
VIP Movie Night - invite only for Scouts who sell at least 5 items
11/12 Product delivery to SUPM's home. Once all items are sorted, SUPM will contact each troop for pickup
11/23 Wrap up Girl Delivery items to customers (for those not being delivered over the holiday break to friends/family)
